Babes in Bikeland was a huge success!

I want to say THANK YOU to all of you who showed up and kicked ass at Babes in Bikeland. I think everyone who routinely comes to Grease Rag was there and did really well in the race. It was way more fun than my trepidation had let me expect and I will definitely be doing more Alley Cats (Mario is holding the NO NAME on Sunday, Oct. 4th, which is also the night before we leave for Mexico. I will be riding it if anyone else is interested. NO NAMES are free for women!) Babes was so awesome because it brought out a lot of new riders. The atmosphere was for the most part so supportive and not as “at your throat” competitive as I was expecting, which was a relief. The results have not been posted on the babesinbikeland.com site yet, but they will be soon. Kayla also said she’s going to post Grease Rag info. for us on the site (will someone please twist her arm to come out for the 1st and hang out with us? Chelsea, too!) We handed out about 175 fliers and a few poster for Grease Rag at the Babes event, and hopefully our Oct. 1st event will be huge! I will be there for the last time and would love to see all of you that night- Be there or be square.
